DATA & SECURITY INSIDE

How We Protect Your Rights Under These Terms

Data handling

Your account email, deposit history and withdrawal requests are stored on encrypted servers. We do not sell your data to third parties. We use your information only to process payments, verify identity and prevent fraud.

Cookies and tracking

We use session cookies to keep you logged in and performance cookies to track page load speed. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings without losing account access.

Account security

Your password is hashed server-side. We recommend you use a unique password for surya138. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately via live chat or email for account recovery steps.

Data retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. After account closure, we retain transaction records for seven years to comply with financial reporting rules where local law permits.

Requesting your data

You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you. Go to Account > Settings > Data Request and submit the form. We'll email a full report within 14 days.

Policy changes

If we update these Terms, we'll notify you via email at least 30 days before changes take effect. You can accept the new terms or close your account. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updates.

Terms & Conditions – Answers to What You Ask

Yes. The Terms & Conditions are a binding agreement between you and surya138. You accept them when you tick the 'I agree' box during registration. You can review them anytime in your Account settings. If you do not agree, you cannot create an account.

No. Creating more than one account breaches our terms. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same person, email or payment method, we will close all of them and may forfeit balances. One account per person keeps the platform fair and compliant.

Sharing your password violates the terms. If your account is accessed by someone else and funds are lost, we cannot reverse that action. You are responsible for keeping your password private. If you think someone has accessed your account, contact us immediately.

Yes. All deposits and withdrawals through these payment methods are governed by our Terms & Conditions. We agree to process your deposit within one minute of confirmation. If a deposit fails, funds return to your payment method within 24 hours. Deposit rules depend on local law.

Withdrawal requests must come from your registered account. We verify your identity before processing. Standard withdrawals via DANA, OVO, GoPay or bank transfer take one to three business days. We may delay withdrawals if we suspect fraud or to comply with local financial rules.

We can suspend or close your account if you breach these terms—for example, by using automation software, creating multiple accounts or engaging in fraud. We'll email you the reason. If you believe the closure was a mistake, you can appeal via support within 30 days.

The complete Terms & Conditions are always available in your Account > Settings > Legal Documents. You can also request a printed copy by emailing support. We keep the terms updated; the version number and last-updated date appear at the foot of the document.
